Who are we?

TRANSFER is a non-profit organisation established in 1997 by a group of VET and CVET experts with considerable experience in EU and bilateral assistance projects and programmes in the field of education and training. 

TRANSFER works with key national institutions involved in education and labour market as well as with various international partners, carrying out local and transnational projects and programmes which aim to promote and support the development of VET and CVET in Europe and developing countries. Moreover, through their employment-related and/or contract-based assignments, members of the Association have played a key role in the activities of the ETF National Observatories, the Cedefop ReferNet and the REFA Foundation, and have contributed to numerous national and international surveys, reports and papers on IVET and CVET.
